Now Vice City will be added to Liberty City, which is located to the south. You can get to it from the airport (just go to the "terminal" marker) or with the help of speedboats or boats. You can fly there optionally on the Dodo, there are helicopters and a full-winged Dodo in fashion. Vice City has auto-traffic and interiors (including those from missions).
Weaknesses:
There are no teleports to the roof and some interiors (VCN roof, Love Fist Recording Studio and their Rock Concert Hall)
There are water errors.
The mod only works on version 1.1

Installation:
Archive password: libertycity
Copy the contents of the archive to the game folder.

Теперь к Либерти-сити добавится Вайс-сити, который расположился южнее. Добраться до него вы можете из аэропорта (просто зайдите на маркер " терминала") или с помощью катеров или лодок. Можно туда полететь необязательно на Додо, есть в моде вертолёты и полнокрылый Додо. В Вайс-сити есть авто-траффик и интерьеры (в том числе из миссий).
Недостатки:
Нету телепортов на крышу и в некоторые интерьеры (крыша VCN, студия звукозаписи Love Fist и их Рок-концерт зал)
Есть ошибки с водой.
Мод работает только на версии 1.1
Конфликтует с LTiH.asi
Установка:
Пароль к архиву: libertycity
Скопируйте содержимое архива в папку с игрой.
