Russian Language Pack for Frosted Winter
The Russian language pack for the Frosted Winter mod (GTA 3) has been out for a while, but no one has bothered to upload it here. I think it's time to correct this oversight.
About the translation:
All text has been translated into Russian (translated from scratch, there may be differences from Bukovsky's translation).
Radar icons have been translated (there are a couple of them, but they exist)
The intro video has been translated
Installation instructions:
Copy the files from the translation folder to the game folder.
The translation was personally done by Greecko (or Akila_Khan or 7Works or call it whatever you want).

Русификатор для мода Frosted Winter (GTA 3) вышел уже давно, но никто так и не удосужился залить его сюда. Думаю пора исправить эту оплошность.
По переводу:
Переведен весь текст на русский (переводил с нуля, могут быть отличия от Буковского перевода).
Переведены иконки на радаре (их там пара штук, но они есть)
Переведён интро-ролик
Инструкция по установке:
Скопируйте файлы из папки с переводом в папку с игрой.
Перевод был выполнен лично Greecko (или Akila_Khan или 7Works или называйте как хотите).
