Новые текстуры для городской водонапорной станции и скал неподалеку. Также в комплекте идет новая модель статического частного самолета (бонус от моего товарища - Дмитрия Расторгуева (DMITRY_R)).
Текстуры имеют высокое разрешение и мип-мап уровни.
Модели адаптированы под скрипт динамического освещения от DimZet13.
Модификация является частью более крупного проекта - GTA3: Kostygov Edition.
