New textures for the residential high-rise buildings on Portland Island. Also included are new textures for the nearby radio station building.

Textures feature high resolution and mipmap levels.

Models are adapted for the dynamic lighting script by DimZet13.

This mod is part of a larger project - GTA3: Kostygov Edition.

Новые текстуры Жилых Многоэтажек на Острове Портланд. Также, в комплект вложены новые текстуры для здания радиостанции неподалеку.

Текстуры имеют высокое разрешение и мип-мап уровни.

Модели адаптированы под скрипт динамического освещения от DimZet13.

Модификация является частью более крупного проекта - GTA3: Kostygov Edition.
