In this video, we take a look at one of the cut GTA 3 characters. His name is Darkel, and he was a crazy homeless man who wanted to see Liberty City in flames and terror. We were entrusted with the mission in order to realize his ideas. Unfortunately, he was cut, so he never made it into the final game. I tried to show you everything that is generally known about him. As a bonus, we will bust some of his myths.
