GTA Wave v.4.0 - Audio file editor
The most recent version of the game's audio file editor, released in 2002. Suitable for GTA 1 and GTA 2. It allows you to listen to sounds, effects and phrases, change the frequency and the sound itself, delete, save in wav format, make backups and restore.
