GTA Wave v.4.0 - Audio File Editor
The latest version of the audio file editor for the game, released in 2002. Suitable for GTA 1 and GTA 2. It allows you to listen to sounds, effects, and phrases, modify frequency and sound, delete, save in wav format, create backups, and restore.
Installation:
The archive contains the program installer. Run it and follow the instructions.
In the installed program, under the 'options' tab, specify the paths to the audio files and the launch programs for GTA 1 and GTA 2. You can then use the program.

Установка:
В архиве лежит установщик программы. Запустите его и следуйте инструкциям.
В установленной программе, в вкладке «options», укажите пути до аудио-файлов и программ запуска GTA 1 и GTA 2. Далее можете пользоваться программой.
