You must capture the enemy's armored personnel carrier and bring him to your garage, while protecting your garage from enemies. The one who scores three points wins. There is a mode for two, four and six players. Lots of weapons and bonuses.
After downloading the map, extract the files to your GTA 2\data folder (eg C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA2 \data\).
The map is designed for GTA2 online multiplayer. This will require GTA2: Game Hunter.
