A ready-made prerelease build of a remake of GTA1, which you can safely run without the need for compilation. Basic information about the project is located here...

So far, a ready-made build is available only for Windows. Actually, he is in front of you.

Launching is simple. Unpack the contents. Before enabling Carnage3D.exe, you first need to configure the game. Along the way build \ gamedata \ config \ there are 2 ".JSON" files, in one control settings, in the other video and paths to game files. By the way, this second config file (sys_config.json) must be configured before playing. Specify your screen resolution and path to the "GTADATA" folder (shown in one of the screenshots above). Do not touch files with the ".json.default" extension.

The program requires at least OpenGL v.3.2 ... If you have an older version of OpenGL, then the program will not work, and Softwire mode is not yet available. It should be understood that this is only a test pre-release version, and there may be some bugs.

Пока что готовый билд есть только под Windows. Собственно, он перед вами.

Запуск прост. Распакуйте содержимое. прежде чем включить Carnage3D.exe, сперва вам необходимо настроить конфигурацию игры. По пути build\\gamedata\\config\\ есть 2 файла \".JSON\", в одном настройки управления, в другом видео и пути до игровых файлов. Да, кстати, этот второй файл конфигурации(sys_config.json) необходимо обязательно настроить перед игрой. Укажите своё разрешение экрана и путь до папки \"GTADATA\" (показано на одном из скриншотов выше). Файлы с расширением \".json.default\" не трогайте.

Для работы программы требуется как минимум OpenGL v.3.2. Если у вас более старая версия OpenGL, то программа работать не будет, а Softwire-режим пока что отсутствует. Стоит понимать, что это лишь тестовая предрелизная версия, и возможны недочеты.
