From myself I will say that the file miraculously remained on that dead GTA-Extreme website and it was possible to download it. The file replaces some sounds in one of the cities in the game.

Anyway, I hope you like the sound file I made for Liberty City, you can UPLOAD it and place it in your GTA directory /GTADATA/AUDIO and go to Liberty City Be sure to back up the files you replace Tell me what you think about this, I plan to release a version for all GTA cities
