Since the author wanted to create a district (city) for GTA where you can perform many stunts, I started making a complete map. It didn't become a full rally, but you can still pull off a lot of tricks.
In the game, the map replaces the location San Andreas.
Installation: back up the gtadata folder and place the files in it, confirming the replacement.
