Since the author wanted to create an area (city) for GTA where you can do a lot of tricks, I started to make a complete map. It didn't become a full rally, but you can still do a lot of tricks.
In the game, the map replaces the location San Andreas.
Installation:make a backup copy of the gtadataand drop the files into it, confirming the replacement.
