TCIB Cheats v.4

This new city replaces the Vice City location.

Drop the files into the gtadata folder, which is located in the game directory, and confirm the replacement. After replacing the files, other cities will not be included. It is better to download a file that, if I may say so, works like a save, opens all cities, and thus you can choose to start the game in Vice city (TCIB city) So that after replacing the files, other cities are in order, try opening mission.ini, which in the archive. Open, copy all the command lines and write them into the standard mission.ini, which is located in the game directory (gtadata folder). You may have to erase the old commands with the capital line "MIAMI.cmp" and prescribe new ones from the mod.
