iCEnhancer v3
Here is an ENB pack that carries the mysterious name:
iCEnhancer V3. According to the developers and authors (MartyMcFly and Mrsbaincrusher) of this pack,
they assure and claim to the public (on other GTA resources) that this modification
will elevate the game's graphical interface to a completely new level. The authors even provided
a demonstration video!
What the entire archive consists of:
1) Of course, the enbseries.ini, radically configured for iCEnhancer;
2) d3d9.dll — reflective bump 3 (I think no explanation is needed);
3) colormod — fixing brightness and certain saturation in the game;
4) Fxaa3_11.h, Post.h, shader.fx, sharpen.h — all third-party libraries that create a darkening effect in the game
(similar to Occlusion effect), as well as grain effects on the screen;
5) As with every ENB, you need to properly select weather effects (timecyc.dat and timecycp.dat);
6) That's it! I was impressed by this pack!

iCEnhancer V3. По словам разработчиков и авторов (MartyMcFly и Mrsbaincrusher) данной сборки,
убеждают и утверждают народ (на других ресурсах о ГТА), что данная модификация
поднимет графическую оболочку игры на совершенно новый уровень. Авторы даже предоставили
демонстрирующее видео!
Из чего состоит весь архив:
1) Конечно же сам enbseries.ini, кардинально настроенный под iCEnhancer;
2) d3d9.dll — reflective bump 3 (думаю не нужно объяснять);
3) colormod — фиксация, яркости и определённой насыщенности в игре;
4) Fxaa3_11.h, Post.h, shader.fx, sharpen.h — все сторонние библиотеки, дают эффект затемнения в игре
(подобным эффекту Occlusion), а также эффекты зернистости на экране;
5) Ну как и к каждому енб, нужно правильно подобрать погодные эффекты (timecyc.dat и timecycp.dat);
6) Собственно всё! Остался под впечатлением от этой сборки!
