GTA IV - Car Configuration Editor
This program will allow you to configure data for cars in GTA 4. For instance, instead of constantly digging into the game directory and editing Handling.dat, Vehicles.ide, etc., you can now open this program and enter the corresponding new configuration data for the car in the appropriate fields. First, select the game directory - Patch - Browse, or click Auto Detect for the program to find the game automatically.
Программа позволит сконфигурировать данные для машин GTA 4. Например, чтобы постоянно не лазить в директорию игры и не править Handling.dat, Vehicles.ide и т.п. теперь можно будет открыть эту программку и ввести в соответствующие строчки, соответствующие новые данные конфигурации машины. Для начала выбираем директорию игры - Patch - Browse, либо нажимаем на Auto Detect чтобы программа сама нашла игру.
