What was announced:

2) All dialogues and phrases from the archive "scripted_speech.rpf" - These are story missions (outside cutscenes), random characters, excursions, sellers of weapons, clothing, fast food, leisure with friends, girls, guards at the entrances, strippers, as well as additional tasks such as drug delivery for Jacob, export of cars and racing for Brucie, contract killings and more! (except MPKP and MPKP2 (this is from multiplayer)

3) Radio advertising (translation), police dispatcher, GPS navigator!

4) News on the radio (Weazel News) and weather news!

5) Random phrases from Niko Belik and all the main characters!

6) Law Enforcement and more!

7) All NPCs have been voiced!!!!!!

8) 3 talk radio stations WKTT Talk Radio, Integrity 2.0, Public Liberty Radio, as well as Independence FM!

9) All dialogues of DJs on ALL radio stations! (except Vladivostok FM)

Therefore, do not expect something masterpiece, it certainly cannot be compared with the original!!

Voiced using subtitles (which is why some phrases are sped up)

There is RUDE profanity!

In cutscenes the voice acting goes on top of the original!!!

Voice acting primarily for versions 1.0.4.0, 1.0.7.0, that is, those where songs have not yet been removed from the radio)
