This mod replaces one of the game's main characters with a cockroach model, adding a sinister and unusual look to your gaming experience.

Installation:

  1. Open IMG Tool.
  2. Find and open the stream folder , then select the world.img file.
  3. Select the character you want to replace (e.g. Otto).
  4. Rename the cockroach files to match the selected character's files
    • :
    • cockroach
    • .nif → DOH1a_Otto.nif
    • cockroach.nft → DOH1a_Otto.nft
  5. Replace the original Otto files with the renamed cockroach files.
  6. Click Rebuild Archive, wait for the process to complete and start the game!

Notes:

  • It is recommended to make backup copies of the original files before replacing .
