GTA's popularity has long since transcended the games and encompassed a wide range of areas. For example, there are numerous third-party apps for PC and mobile phones that are related to individual installments of the series. We've covered the most interesting of them in this article.

Game Maps IRL — real maps in the style of various GTA games and Red Dead Redemption

A Google Maps analogue with an interface inspired by popular games. You can choose from GTA 5, San Andreas, Red Dead Redemption 2, and others. Moreover, not only streets are stylized, but also individual objects, such as icons for clothing stores, pharmacies, banks, and other establishments. The app is quite expensive and doesn't yet perform well, especially in rural areas rather than large cities. However, the idea itself is interesting. We hope it will be further developed.

MiniMap Radar — a navigation app for Apple Watch styled after early GTA games

This app turns your Apple smartwatch into a mini-map from classic GTA games. It primarily features icons depicting pizzerias, your home, work, and so on. The descriptions mention a Vice City style, but the interface also features elements from various games in the series, including San Andreas and Grand Theft Auto 4.

There's also a separate version for iPhone. However, in our opinion, the round radar looks perfect on the Apple Watch.

GTA Soundboard

Many sounds from Grand Theft Auto are saved here, from character dialogue to radio station voices and horn honks. You can set them as ringtones, use them in other apps, and much more. Please note that individual versions of the program are tailored to specific installments of the series. For example, some are dedicated exclusively to radio stations from GTA V.

GTA 5 GeoGuesser — a variation on the popular geography game

The original GeoGuesser is a game that asks you to determine coordinates on a real map using a photo of the area. Enthusiasts have created a similar app for GTA 5. Naturally, it's designed for fans who have a good understanding of Los Santos and its surroundings.

Fandom for: GTA — a guide to the world of Grand Theft Auto

An app that contains everything you need to know about the GTA series. It makes it easy to find the information you need and simply while away the time exploring the universe's lore. Detailed character biographies, based on official data, will help you better understand the plot and spot details you missed during your playthrough.

Interactive Map for GTA 5 Unofficial — a detailed interactive map of the fifth game

These days, interactive maps are created on dedicated websites a couple of days after a game's release. However, this detailed map of Los Santos from GTA 5 stands out for its attention to detail and high quality execution. It's also available as a standalone app for iOS and Android. It's a great companion, especially if you want to find all the secrets.

Cheats for all GTA — easy access to cheat codes

Another app that makes it easier to complete single-player modes in the GTA series. It contains cheats for all official versions of the main Grand Theft Auto games, including mobile and console versions. It allows you to quickly get the information you need without searching online.

You can find many websites online that transform your real photos into the artistic style of various Grand Theft Auto games. For example, GTA Filter turns pictures into artwork for the sixth game in the series.

And the Bylo.ai neural network lets you turn your photo into an image in the style of classic Vice City or San Andreas.
