How to install new animations for GTA: San Andreas

GTA: San Andreas is, undeniably, an old game. Textures and animations show its age. While changing the textures is simple since you need to know how to open game archives and how to edit textures in any graphics editor, the latter is not as simple. Creating professional quality animations is time consuming. There is nothing impossible for the modmakers community however, some of them managed to replace most of the animations in the game.
