in the folder "VehicleSFX\vsfx" you create a folder with the id of the car and put the sounds in it. There's a example on the mod, you can find it on " VehicleSFX\vsfx\560" its from the car Sultan, its the car of the presentation video.
this is a very cool mod! could you make a riot mod that will be activated by a cheat code? yk which makes peds run and scream and some throw molotov and some attack cars with bats and some shoot at the cops, and regular police cars, enforcers and fbi trucks and swat vans and police helicopters patrol around with siren on and shoot hostiles and firetrucks and ambulances also patrol around with their sirens on

Лучшая игра, в которую я играл. конечно по началу очень бесило количество роликов и те моменты где просто надо сидеть и ждать пока кино пройдет... и честно говоря очень сложное управление с ПК. я помню первые впечатления....но к этой игре надо привыкнуть. она именно такая. и с управлением потом привык. и да оно того стоило. я собрал все слитки. я собрал все наскальные изображения. кости динозавра по моему не все. поймал всех легендарных рыб, это было не просто! убил всех легендарных животных. то же тот еще квест. помню одна кошка просто пропала с локации. оказалось что баг. надо было уйти в другой город и потом вернутся и кошка эта появилась. то ли рысь не помню... потрясающая природа. горы реки!!!! лошади оружие. дружба и предательство. в этой игре есть все. травничество. охота рыбалка. тут же жарим рыбу или мясо. или продаем шкуры. звуки топ! но горы это что то конечно. я когда залез на самую высокую.. и глянул на карту.. мягко говоря охренел. и ведь к каждому месту можно подойти. полностью открытый огромный мир.. в снегах замерзаешь. нужна зимняя одежда. туже круто!!! алкоголь сигареты ... Рок Стар просто Боги игр.
i don't know what is the file system for mobile/android but when i looked at the codes with "PC" perspective i've realized that there was no "no save" opcode for all planes and the author used "global variable" for few planes. "no save" opcode is really important on PC because if you don't type it your savefile will be loaded with these car generators. And your memory may get clogged up..
Par rapport à l'image : je mets des likes ou en favoris pour pouvoir télécharger plus tard. J'imagine que d'autres font cela aussi. En tout cas merci pour vos créations et bravo à tous les fous qui continuent de créer pour ce jeu. C'est juste dingue 20 ans après sa sortie. J'y joue depuis le premier jour de sa sortie en Europe et imaginer cela possible il ya 20 ans (le modding) est un rêve devenu réel.

Salut grand bienfaiteur des tiroirs cuisine. Je suggère deux armes : la première, la serpette (un couteau courbé utilisé dans les vignes que l'on appelle aussi couteau de gitan en France) la seconde : le pieu de buffy chaos bleeds. Que le grand maître des cures-dents puisse entendre ma prière.
Ah oui, et le mannequin "explosif" est situé sur le feu arrière central. Je n'ai pas voulu ajouter de plaque d'immatriculation arrière (elle était difficile à placer). Je réfléchis à faire un pare-choc arrière, à rendre le véhicule davantage style SA (en rendant le tableau de bord plat en supprimant encore quelques polygones). Les textures sont de San Andreas et de Just Cause (cela concerne les sièges : réduites en taille pour mieux coller à l'univers). Tout le monde est libre de l'arranger à sa guise (pensez simplement à me définir comme auteur).

Then inside modloader on whatever folder you want, create another two folders, one named "Cleo" and the other "gta3.img"
Inside the Cleo folder place the files "Vrolling.cs" and "Vrolling.ini" from either the virtual keys or key game version option, your choice.
On "gta3.img" folder, you place the version you want of "Vrolling.ifp" from my mod
that's it.
