Reworked radar model with animation. Now the airport radars are spinning.
I would be glad if someone corrects the animation so that the rotation is more uniform.

A script that makes pickups of night vision devices and thermal imagers reusable. Those. in the original, each pickup could only be lifted once, after which it would disappear. Now they will regenerate. It requires Moonloader 0.26 to work....

A script that sets the frame rate limit to 60 fps in playable mode and 30 fps in cutscenes and when the player is in the garage on the Fender Ketchup mission.
Fixes a bug with the opening of the garage gate on the mission.
