Effects from Ezekiel and Junior_Djjr. I changed the effects on the water, I hope the authors will not mind.
Changed were: FxsFuncs.ini, particle.txd, effectsPC.txd, effects.fxp.
The water became even more like water.

The textures are not mine, I just changed them slightly.
