LibertyCity is a non-commercial project that brings together all fans of the Grand Theft Auto series and other games from Rockstar Games.
Our project has existed for over 10 years solely through the placement of advertising blocks on the site. Therefore, we strongly ask our users to add our site to the AdBlock exceptions. Advertising placement is a necessary measure, as internet space costs money. We do not place pop-up ads or any other ads that would interfere with viewing content on the site. All money received from advertising goes towards paying for equipment and salaries for our employees.

Please familiarize yourself with the following rules. LibertyCity is our home. And our users are our guests. It is customary to behave politely and friendly when visiting.
Rules of conduct in social networks (VKontakte, Telegram)
1. Personal insults, spam, and advertising are prohibited in comments.
2. Be adequate and respect other participants.
3. Use profanity in moderation, and if possible, avoid it altogether.
4. Any discussion of politics may be deleted by the administration. Participants in the conversation will be prohibited from commenting for a certain period.
5. These rules do not affect the main rules that apply to the site. They are detailed further.
Users of the site are prohibited from:
1. Behaving rudely, disrespectfully, and toxically towards the site, its owners, employees, and regular users. This includes making unfounded accusations, hating, insulting, and trolling anyone;
2. Using profanity in comments, including with character substitution.
3. Registering names (nicknames) on the site that contain profanity or other indecent/rude words; using pornographic, fascist, obscene, and offensive avatars in personal profiles.
4. Posting links to third-party resources in comments for advertising purposes;
5. Publishing meaningless messages; messages unrelated to the topic of the discussed material; false information.
6. Changing reputation without reason; inflating reputation for oneself or other users; repeatedly changing the reputation of the same person.
7. Creating multiple accounts;
8. Violating the laws of the Russian Federation.
The site administration has the right to:
1. Introduce new provisions into the rules;
2. Punish visitors who violated the above rules;
3. Not report to violators and not lift bans until the punishment period expires;
4. Delete comments that do not comply with the rules.
