In this guide, we will tell you how to find the real location and capture the bandit Javier Escuella in Red Dead Redemption. Head to Abraham Reyes, who is located at the R marker.
After watching the cutscene, get into the wagon with Reyes. He will lead you to the fort where the bandits you seek are located. His plan is to distract the bandits' men from the fort entrance while you drive to the gates with five crates of dynamite.
As soon as you are near the gates, jump off the wagon because the dynamite is already lit. If you don't jump in time, you will die, and the mission will be considered failed. Watch the cutscene, then help Reyes' men deal with the enemies inside the fort. Escuella and Williamson are marked on the mini-map with a ? marker. After eliminating all the adversaries, check each mark. You will find Escuella in the barracks. After talking to him, the man will escape. Chase and kill him, then climb the tower, killing the reinforcements that hoped to help the bandits with the cannon.
Return to the cell where you threw the captured man and watch the cutscene. Although you caught Escuella, Williamson remains, as you will be told by two government officials. After watching the cutscene, the mission will be considered complete, and you will receive +150 points to the Fame parameter, and +62 points to the Honor parameter.
