The Demon Drink — Red Dead Redemption Mission Walkthrough

In this guide, you will learn how to properly and safely clear the town of Tesoro Azul in Mexico on the orders of Espinosa in Red Dead Redemption. The mission described in this guide will only become available after you help Captain De Santa save the train from the rebels.

Reach De Santa in his paradise corner, marked on the map with the D marker, and watch the cutscene. You will have a chance to talk to the ruler named Espinosa. He will tell you about Escuela, whose family was poor, and his father was a drunkard and a laborer.

After finishing the dialogue, your task is to reach Tesoro Azul. Mount your steed and follow De Santa. Upon arrival at the destination, watch the cutscene. Then help kill all the bandits in the rebel town. Be prepared: they will appear very unexpectedly after you enter the town.

After successfully dealing with the rebels, your new task will be to set fire to the houses in the town. Go to the green marker on the map to take some Molotov cocktails and set the houses on fire. Then watch the cutscene. Completing the mission will reward you with +50 dollars and +175 points to the Fame parameter.
