After fulfilling Dickens' request in Red Dead Redemption to help Seth find the second part of the treasure map, you can start this mission.
Head to Ridgewood Farm to the central house, go inside, and watch the cutscene. The man will tell you about his plan to make money on races. Get in the wagon and head to Gaptooth Breach with Dickens. Upon arrival, you will see a large number of wagons with horses. Head to the start to get on one of the wagons and participate in the race.
Once the race starts, watch the road, stick to the laid-out path, and overtake your competitors to get ahead.
Be careful: for shooting at spectators or other racers, you will be disqualified, which means the mission will fail.
Finishing first, get into the wagon with Dickens and watch the cutscene. He will tell you about a guy named Irish, who can provide you with overwhelming firepower. After listening to the dialogue, you will complete the task and receive +100 points in the Fame category.
