After fulfilling the Marshal's request to eradicate the band of robbers in Red Dead Redemption, return to his location on the map and talk to the character. You will learn about a new problem: four guys are surrounded by Mr. Gulch's livestock. Mount your horse and follow Marshal Johnson to Pike Basin River. Upon arrival, run with the Marshal to the Bollard gang's hideout.
Help the Marshal kill all the bandits patrolling the area. Be careful: there are quite a few enemies here, so use your ammo wisely and avoid getting shot. As you climb higher up the mountain, cover Johnson and his partners by killing snipers. Upon reaching the highest point, continue shooting at the bandits. The main thing is not to kill the hostages and Scott Bollard!
As soon as you defeat all enemies, head down to the camp, free the hostages, and watch the cutscene. As a reward, you will receive +75 points in the Fame category and +50 points in the Honor category.
