Indie Developer Creates GTA-style Cartoon Game

Indie developer Kenney from the Netherlands is working on a gane with an open world, carjacking and simple parkour. He described the project as "GTA, but cute".
The main character takes various jobs, buys real estate and communicates with NPCs. He has a jetpack with a propeller. The author has not yet shown gunfights and combat system.
At the moment the game does not have a title.
