Exactly 17 years ago, the world witnessed the release of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories — the game was released on October 31, 2006, exclusively for the portable console PlayStation Portable. A year later, we note, the project made its way to PlayStation 2. Unfortunately, it never appeared on other consoles or PC.
