GTA ports for portable consoles banned by Take-Two

Rockstar Games’ parent company, Take-Two, GitHub to block source code of unofficial GTA 3, GTA Vice City and GTA Liberty City Stories ports for PS Vita and Nintendo Switch. The request to remove the projects’ code was done via a copyright claim.
All of re3 (GTAModding) repositories were banned on GitHub following Take-Two’s request. This means neither of these repositories will receive further updates, however, there’s hope the ban will be lifted. It is also a possibility the authors will move the code to other accounts and continue the development.
Take-Two Interactive is well known for their strict behaviour in regards to copyright violations. For example, a famous mod menu for GTA Online was also blocked by them earlier.
