After installation there will be gta-lc.exe from which you need to launch the game, but don’t touch gta-vc.exe. Try running it on Windows 7 compatibility. Add the folder and game files to the antivirus exception. Try it on a clean GTA VC without ENB Series mods, Hud mods, delete the Cleo plugin and the Cleo folder in the archive there is a plugin with scripts and delete mvl mod (max vehicles loader).

1) The missions are available in order GTA 3 (not all at once).
2) There are assaults before missions with air transport and after the plot missions (passed without cheats).
3) The installation does not require a clean GTA: VC
- Cons -
1) There is no CLEO library if you install it, the game will crash when you download or start a new game.
2) The game is swearing antivirus, so we let it all for the game. And just in case in the antivirus settings, add the game folder to the "exclusion from the scan."

All perfectly. But you can see the changes.
On screenshots 1, 3, 5 and 6, flowers and bushes with PS3 and Xbox 360 flowers are replaced with bushes with small ones, and in some places it was added by PS4 and Xbox One.
In Hud, the edges of the PS3 and Xbox 360 were removed, the borders of the map were dissolved, and the icons from blue were changed to green PS4 and Xbox One. But the roads in PS4 and Xbox One turned white with a gray tint, that is, in the game, the road map was changed to a topographic one.

The mod in my opinion is excellent from all the files. I always dreamed in GTA 3 to move vertically and fly like in San Andres.
Just wondering how Rockstar Games would react to this, they spat on the turntables for the player.
