New version of a total conversion mod called VRTP for GTA Vice City has been released. Modders Rosa Project and MS had updated the textures of in-game buildings, shadows, streets and trees.
The first version was released way back in March 2017, but the creators decided to give it an uplift and created more high-def textures without any damage to proportions or the visual style of the game.
