PS5 drops under 60 FPS in GTA 3 — The Definitive Edition

YouTube user TeMkA169 posted a video with performance test of Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy — The Definitive Edition and the news are pretty bad. PlayStation 5 shows unstable FPS even in performance mode in GTA 3 remaster.
Some gameplay scenes make it look really ugly. FPS drops lower 40 in some action. As expected, the big issue are explosions.
The updated GTA 3 gameplay was recorder on PS5 version with the first day patch. It is possible that developers will try to optimize it in future updates.
