GTA San Andreas is celebrating its 18th anniversary. The game was released on PlayStation 2 on October 26, 2004 and forever changed the way gamers percept open-world games.
Rockstar has implemented a "seamless" world with large cities, countryside and other places of interest in the game. GTA San Andreas featured more transport, customization options and in-game activities. There also was an improved combat system as well as a new stealth mechanic that was originally designed for this entry of the series.
It was GTA San Andreas that gave fans a chance to change every single aspect of the game according to their preferences and became one of the most modifiable titles ever.
