Neighbors from Hell Mod for GTA San Andreas Gets New Features

Back in 2000s the game Neighbours from Hell was very popular. After a long time modder SIZZZ decided to remake the game in GTA San Andreas and created a mod, where you just make intolerable the life of your neighbor. The mod was updated recently with new features.
The gameplay in the Neighbours from Hell mod is a nod to a classic formula: the player finds various objects and uses them to harm the nearby resident. The goal is to be discreet. Otherwise, the neighbor may use brute force against you.
In recent v1.2 update, the modder has added new difficulty levels and updated the map. You can download the mod on LibertyCity.net.
