New CJ textures enhanced by neural network

The Proper Player Retex modification has been released, which improves the textures of Carl Johnson from GTA San Andreas. Neural network was used to create better materials.
MixMods team used Remini to improve the quality of the original images and make them more realistic. For this particular mod a premium version of the tool was used.
Mod improves hair, tattoos, clothes and accessories. Even Karl's fingers are now separate. It is noteworthy that the mod does not fall out of original environment so new CJ looks better but in place.
