The new event in GTA Online will be dedicated to Drag Races

A new in-game event is expected to kick off in GTA Online, running from January 25 to January 31. Gamers can look forward to discounts, rewards, double XP, and drag racing events that require precise gear shifting and smart use of nitrous oxide.
Event features:
- Introduction of Drag Races;
- Double payouts and XP for participating in drag races, auto shop robbery contracts, and the Rhino Hunt mode;
- 50% discount on LS Car Meet club membership;
- 30% discount on car upgrades, racing suits (LS Tuners and HSW), as well as the Annis Euros, Karin Calico GTF, Karin Sultan RS Classic, Pegassi Torero, and Vapid Dominator ASP vehicles;
- 100k in-game dollars and the Bright Manor racing suit for winning two races (drag or drift);
- Updated weekly challenges, premium races, and time trials.
Let's recall that recently dataminers have learned new details about GTA 6. According to their information, the game may feature a cool element from GTA San Andreas.
