New GTA Online Game-Breaking Glitch Found on PS5 and Xbox Series X

New GTA Online players are experiencing a major new bug that can break the game. This issue has yet to be addressed by Rockstar Games.
The problem appears only with new characters of Expanded & Ehanced version of GTA Online on PS5 and Xbox Series X. It seems fresh character could freeze during tutorial. The character will enter a property associated with the Career Builder choices and won't be able to move or sit at the desk to access the CEO computer or unable to enter the office at all.
Right now there is no fix, at least as far as the community knows at this time. The only solution is to create a ticket through official Rockstar Games support.
