This Easter Egg with Franklin new look from GTA Online could be a reference to GTA Vice City

Reddit user Gromitmugman117 has found pretty Easter egg in new update for GTA Online. It was right before us but we didn't see it. Franklin is dressed in a similar outfit that Tommy Vercetti wore. Its blue suit with black shirt and moccasins.
Tommy gets this wardrobe in third mission, where he goes to a party on Cortez's boat. This is the one of the most popular outfits in GTA Vice City.
Of course somebody thought that Rockstar Games left this Easter egg with purpose. It could be a tease for the GTA 6 location. A lot of rumors claims that it will be Vice City.
