American rapper T-Pain recently confirmed that he's working on GTA 6. Apparently, his musical compositions will be featured in the game, but details are yet to be disclosed. Moreover, during an interview, T-Pain admitted that while working on GTA 6, Rockstar asked him to stop playing on the GTA 5 NoPixel role-playing server. «I used to be on NoPixel, then I started working on GTA 6, and they told me I couldn't do RP anymore because it kind of goes against... they had this whole speech, like: "What if somebody took your album and re-recorded it, and more people were listening to that" and I'm like: "Okay, I kind of get that, but I was having a good time. Alright that's fine"», — said T-Pain.
Interestingly, Rockstar has acquired the authors of RP servers, including FiveM and RedM. This surprised T-Pain: "Wait a minute, what? What the f**ck?... Y'all tell me I can't do this sh*t and then you team up with the people that enable the RP?" As a reminder, GTA 6 is set to release in 2025 for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.
