YouTuber Runs GTA 5 on the Nintendo Switch

GTA 5 has a long history, but the iconic tittle has never released on Nintendo Switch despite the console's commercial success. YouTuber Geekerwan has run GTA 5 on the handheld console to show off the device's capabilities.
Geekerwan installed Linux on his hacked Nintendo Switch and tested GTA 5's performance. The game runs at an average of 20 FPS in cut-scenes, while in the open world it's around 7 FPS.
With a proper optimization, Nintendo Switch could potentially run GTA 5 at 25-30 FPS, as evidenced by the incredible ports of The Witcher 3 and Skyrim.
