GTA 4 Player Beats Game Without Taking Any Damage

Youtuber SpecterChannel passed GTA 4 without taking damage. The player used the OKHO mod, in which Nico Bellic can be killed by any hit, shot or explosion.
The walkthrough took 20 episodes. During them the player went through the story with all the endings and was killed 76 times. Such passage of GTA 4 with a huge amount of fights and shootings is an challenge no worse than Dark Souls.
How do you feel about this kind of difficulty in games?
