GTA 3 Remade with Unreal Engine 5 in This Fan Trailer

YouTube-creator TeaserPlay known for his fan videos for remake pitches has published one of his new projects, a concept-trailer for a GTA 3 remake on Unreal Engine 5.
In this trailer the author used a 3D model of Claude created by Turkish artist Hussein Diba. He also claimed that he used UE5's Lumen system for global illumination, reflections, and the effects. The visual part of the trailer is impressive. However it lacks the work on details and animations.
Perhaps someday Take-Two and Rockstar Games will pay attention and rethink about creating a worthy remake of GTA 3.
