The mod for RDR1 improves the textures of almost everything in the game (with the exception of landscape textures and some other elements). The author has increased the resolution of all textures from the mapres.rpf file, except for landscape textures, since there is already a separate mod for this. NPCs, animals and other elements have not been improved since they are not in mapres.rpf.

All wanted posters have been enlarged 2 times.
Various textures, including normals, have been increased by 2-4 times.
Many icons and achievements have been increased by 2 times.
Traces of blood were magnified 2-4 times.
Bullet holes and decals were enlarged 2-4 times.
Traces from head shots were magnified 2 times.
The moon was enlarged 2 times.
John and his normals were increased by 2 times.

This mod should not significantly affect performance. In addition, you can install other mods on top of it.

Installation:

MagicRDR.
Go to Red Dead Redemption/game/mapres.rpf.
Replace the original files with the modified ones, then save the changes.
