This mod for Red Dead Redemption 1 makes wooden structures more flammable and makes fire burn longer on them.
Bullet and explosion effects are replaced with fire or gun-related effects. The mod comes with a list of effects file, combined into one, so you can replace any effect you want.
You can open the fxmaterials file with Notepad++, press ctrl+F or ctrl+H and replace any effect, but always keep a backup copy of the previous file in case some effect does not work.
Installation:
- Open MagicRDR.
- Go to Red Dead Redemption/game/vfx.rpf/config.
- Replace the original file with the modified one, then save the changes.
