This save will give you almost all unlockable costumes at the very beginning of the game, except for the Treasure Hunter costume.
All of them are obtained without using cheats or trainers. You will also have the Mauser, Buffalo Rifle, Carcano, and a semi-automatic shotgun as weapons.
To install, place the save file in your profile folder in “Documents/Rockstar Games”.
