This mod changes the standard animations for searching corpses and skinning/plucking feathers from animals, replacing them with much shorter animations that take only a fraction of a second.

Installation:

Make a backup copy of the "animationres.rpf" file, which is located in the "/Red Dead Redemption/game" folder.
Open "MagicRDR.exe" from the included MagicRDR folder.
Click File > Open and navigate to the original "animationres.rpf" file.
After opening, in the left pane, go to the “root/animationres/ast/clipres” folder.
In Windows Explorer, open the included "Replacements" folder and select all the files with the .was extension inside.
Drag all the .was files to the right panel of MagicRDR and click the "Replace" button at the bottom of all the windows that appear after that.
After replacing all files in MagicRDR, click File > Save > Current (or Ctrl+S) and confirm the action.

This mod uses a shorter existing animation to replace the search/skinning animations. As a result, after skinning the animal, you will be left with a knife in your hands. Keep this in mind if there are enemies around you while skinning.

If you want to avoid this problem completely, but still see the skinning animations, you can replace only .was files "loot_corpse", "loot_corpse_solo_male" and "loot_corpse_solo_female" in your "animationres.rpf" file.
