PS2 Menu SFX Restoration
Cut sound effects from the PS2 version of the game.
Changes:
- When picking up a first aid kit or weapons, the SFX from the PS2/PSP version of the game is used, not the SFX from GTA 3.
- The menu uses the same SFX as the PS2 version of the game.
