I recently found a clip of "TV Pop Show - Hey" on an old cassette. A frame from this clip amused me - there were dark glasses with the inscription "NO". I decided to make the same clothes for Tommy. Looks interesting, no bugs, nice game.

In the Japanese version, the developers of the game added 2 new skins for Tommy, such as "Tache" and "Wild", but few people knew them, so I decided to post them here. Also, these skins can be found in the mac OS and android versions of GTA Vice City....
