This mod adds various elements from the movie The Stoned from Vice City into GTA Vice City
- Tommy and Lance skins from the second part of the stoned series
- Textures of Tommy's mansion and its surroundings (grass, labyrinth) from the second part of the stoned series (scene before teleportation to S.T.A.L.K.E.R)
- T-130 bulldozer from S.T.A.L.K.E.R, currently without machine guns
- Bong from the cutscene of GTA SA, used as a "business plan" in the movies
- Bong pickup near the mansion (CLEO script written by Mitropolit)
- New timecyc
BONUS for those who have the Suburb mod (which is included in the Police Chaos and Russian Edition packs as a new island)
- New main.scm, where bodyguards in Tommy's mansion are replaced with Lances
A continuation of the mod with new vehicles and skins, possibly with a location from S.T.A.L.K.E.R, may follow.
Данный мод добавляет разные вещи из фильмов Укуренные из Vice City в GTA Vice City

- Новый main.scm, где телохранители в особняке Томми заменены на Ленсов
Возможно будет продолжение мода с новым транспортом и скинами, может и с локацией из S.T.A.L.K.E.R
