Handling and Sounds from GTA Vice City Final Mod

I think many are tired of the simple sounds and boring handling. This sound replaces the standard sounds with more realistic ones (of course, I can't convey them through screenshots), but you will see a rough example of the handling in 2 screenshots. (Sorry for only having 2 screenshots, but it's not San Andreas, Amazing isn't available, and capturing screenshots with Fraps is difficult).
Handling.
It is configured so that almost all sports cars will accelerate to super-fast speeds in just 2-3 seconds (mainly Cheeth and Comet), and the Sabre Turbo can (as you can see in the screenshots) perform wheelies and such.
Sounds
Almost all sounds have been changed, including car sounds, helicopter sounds, gunfire, and much more (voiceover replacement in Russian is possible).
I don't know how else to explain anything, so here is a video for this mod, where everything is clearer and screenshots are not needed.
Думаю многим надоели простые звуки и скучный Handling. Этот звук заменяет стандартные звуки до более реалистичных (естественно по скринам я их передать не могу), а вот примерный Hadling вы увидите на 2 скринах. (Извините, что всего 2 скрина, но васька-не Сан-Адреас, Amazing'а нету, а с фрапса скринить худо).

Он настроен так, что почти все спортивные машины будут разгоняться до сверхбыстрой скорости за считанные 2-3 секунды (в основном это Cheeth и Comet), Sabre Tubro сможет ( как вы видите на скринах) вставать на дыбы и т.п.
Звуки
Изменены почти все звуки, это звуки машин, вертолетов, стрельба и многое другое (возможна замена озвучки на русский язык).
Я не знаю как еще что-нибудь объяснить, поэтому здесь видео к этому моду, там все более понятно и скрины не нужны.
